Seller Rules

These rules apply to all approved sellers on EnjoyPrices. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, earnings hold, or a permanent ban. All sellers must also comply with our Terms of Service.

1. Age & Identity Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to sell on EnjoyPrices.
  • You must complete our identity verification process by submitting a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence).
  • Your ID must clearly show your name, date of birth, and photo. Blurred, edited, or fraudulent IDs will result in an immediate permanent ban.
  • One verified seller account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or verification is prohibited.

2. What You May Sell

You may only sell Digital Goods for which you are the original creator or authorized user, where the compensation received represents payment for the personal time, labor, and effort you have invested in obtaining, developing, or providing those goods. This includes:

  • In-game items, currencies, and cosmetics obtained through legitimate personal gameplay or official purchase.
  • Gift cards and top-up codes acquired through legitimate retail or wholesale channels.
  • Boosting and coaching services where you personally perform the work using your own account.
  • Virtual currency top-ups where you are an authorized reseller or have a legitimate surplus from personal activity.

No seller on EnjoyPrices claims ownership over any intellectual property held by game publishers. All transactions represent fair compensation for personal time and effort only.

3. What You May NOT Sell

Strictly Prohibited

  • Hacked, duped, exploited, or otherwise illegitimately obtained items or accounts.
  • Cheats, hacks, bots, macros, or any software that violates a game publisher's terms of service.
  • Stolen gift cards, codes obtained through fraudulent means, or chargebacked purchases.
  • Digital goods or accounts obtained by, or transferred from, a third party without their knowledge or consent.
  • Personal data, login credentials, or any information belonging to another person.
  • Any product or service that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the buyer's jurisdiction.

Listing any prohibited item will result in immediate removal and may result in a permanent ban without payout of pending earnings.

4. Account Pullback Fraud

Zero-Tolerance Policy

An "Account Pullback" is defined as the act of a seller delivering a game account or digital asset to a buyer, then subsequently contacting the relevant game publisher, platform, or service provider — under false pretenses (e.g., falsely claiming the account was hacked, stolen, or accessed without authorization) — in order to recover, reset, or reclaim access to that account or asset after payment has been received.

  • Account Pullbacks are classified as fraud and constitute a severe violation of these rules.
  • Any seller confirmed to have executed an Account Pullback will receive an immediate and permanent ban with no right of appeal and forfeiture of all pending earnings.
  • We reserve the right to refer confirmed cases to relevant authorities and to pursue debt collection for any amounts owed to harmed buyers, including amounts that result in a negative wallet balance for the offending seller.
  • Buyers who believe they have been the victim of a Pullback should open a dispute immediately and preserve all evidence of delivery and subsequent loss of access.

5. Listing Accuracy

  • Listing titles and descriptions must accurately represent what the buyer will receive. No misleading claims, exaggerated quantities, or false item names.
  • The listed price must reflect the actual price charged — no bait-and-switch after purchase.
  • Delivery time must be realistic. If you cannot deliver within your stated window, update it before going online.
  • Stock must be accurate. Do not list items you do not currently have available.
  • Listing images must depict the actual item or service. No use of copyrighted game publisher artwork as your primary listing image unless you have the right to use it.

6. Order Fulfillment

  • You must fulfill every accepted order. Repeated failures to deliver will result in suspension.
  • Deliver within your stated delivery time. If you anticipate a delay, message the buyer immediately through the order chat.
  • Do not ask buyers to mark an order complete before they have received and verified the goods.
  • Do not attempt to conduct transactions outside of EnjoyPrices. Off-platform deals are not protected and will result in a ban.
  • If you cannot fulfill an order, contact support immediately — do not simply ignore it.

7. Communication Standards

  • Respond to buyer messages in a timely manner, especially for active orders.
  • Be professional and respectful. Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward buyers or other users will result in an immediate ban.
  • Do not solicit buyers to leave positive reviews in exchange for extras, discounts, or threats.
  • Do not share personal contact information (phone numbers, social media, external payment links) in order chats.

8. Reviews and Ratings

  • Do not manipulate your rating through fake orders, self-reviews, or coordinated review brigading.
  • Do not threaten or retaliate against buyers who leave negative reviews.
  • You may appeal reviews you believe are fraudulent or violate our review policy through the standard appeal process.

9. Disputes

  • Respond to all disputes promptly and provide accurate evidence.
  • Submitting fabricated evidence in a dispute is a bannable offence and may be reported to authorities.
  • EnjoyPrices admin decisions on disputes are final and binding.

10. Chargeback Liability

Credit card chargebacks are handled under a two-tiered liability structure based on the root cause of the chargeback, as determined solely by EnjoyPrices at our discretion:

Seller-Fault Chargebacks

If a chargeback arises from seller fraud, non-delivery, Account Pullback, or other seller-side misconduct, the seller bears full financial liability:

  • The full chargeback amount plus any chargeback penalty fees imposed by our payment processor will be deducted from the seller's wallet.
  • If the deduction exceeds the seller's current wallet balance, the seller's balance may be reduced to a negative value. The resulting debt is owed to EnjoyPrices and will be recovered from future earnings or through debt collection.
  • The seller account will be reviewed and may be permanently banned.

Platform Protection — Fraudulent Buyer Chargebacks

If a buyer initiates a chargeback in bad faith after a seller has provided conclusive proof of perfect delivery, as determined solely by EnjoyPrices:

  • EnjoyPrices will absorb the chargeback cost and the seller's earnings will be protected and retained.
  • The buyer's account will be permanently banned and legal action may be pursued.
  • This protection is conditional on the seller having maintained complete delivery evidence (screenshots, chat logs, tracking, etc.) in the order chat.

The determination of fault and the application of this policy is made exclusively by EnjoyPrices and is final.

11. Earnings and Withdrawals

  • Earnings are credited to your wallet only when an order is marked complete. The platform fee for the relevant game category is deducted automatically.
  • Minimum withdrawal is $10. Fees apply: USDC 6% + $10, Payoneer 4% + $10, Bank Transfer 4% + $10.
  • Withdrawals may be held pending review if fraud or ToS violations are suspected. Do not attempt to withdraw funds from orders under active dispute.
  • EnjoyPrices reserves the right to forfeit earnings from orders found to involve fraud or prohibited items.

12. Offline Mode & Availability

  • Use the offline toggle when you are not available to fulfill orders. Do not leave listings active if you cannot deliver in the stated timeframe.
  • Repeated non-delivery due to avoidable unavailability will be treated as a fulfillment failure.

13. Re-verification

EnjoyPrices may request re-verification at any time at our discretion. During re-verification, your listings will be hidden and you will be unable to go online or request withdrawals until the process is complete. Failure to re-verify within a reasonable time will result in account termination.

14. Enforcement

WarningMinor first-time violations may receive a warning with no immediate action.
SuspensionRepeated or moderate violations result in a temporary suspension with a stated reason and duration.
Permanent banSevere violations (fraud, Account Pullback, prohibited items, fabricated evidence, repeat offences) result in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of pending earnings.

All enforcement decisions can be appealed via the support widget. Decisions involving fraud, Account Pullback, or illegal activity are not appealable.
