Refund Policy

1. Overview

EnjoyPrices is a peer-to-peer marketplace for digital goods. Because all transactions involve virtual items, game currency, top-ups, or services that are delivered digitally, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions described in this policy. By completing a purchase on EnjoyPrices you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

  • The seller did not deliver the item or service within the agreed timeframe.
  • The item or service delivered was materially different from what was described in the listing.
  • The item was non-functional, invalid, or already used at the time of delivery.
  • The seller confirmed they cannot fulfill the order.
  • A verified technical error prevented delivery (e.g., incorrect top-up amount credited).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the order was marked complete by the seller.
  • You purchased the wrong item, game, or denomination.
  • Your game account was banned or restricted for reasons unrelated to the item purchased.
  • You provided incorrect account details (username, game server, region) and the item was delivered to the information you supplied.
  • The item was successfully delivered and confirmed working, but you no longer want it.
  • You violated EnjoyPrices Terms of Service or the seller's stated listing terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact the seller first. Open the order chat on your Orders page and explain the issue to the seller. Many disputes are resolved directly between buyer and seller.
  2. Open a dispute. If the seller is unresponsive within 24 hours or you cannot reach an agreement, open a dispute from the order page. Our support team will review the case and mediate.
  3. Contact support. If you need additional help, contact us with your order ID and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved by EnjoyPrices, the funds are returned as follows:

  • Card payments (Stripe): Refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Crypto payments (NOWPayments): Refunded in equivalent USDT or the original cryptocurrency to the address you provide. Crypto refunds may take 1–3 business days to process and are subject to network fees.
  • Wallet payments: Refunded to your EnjoyPrices wallet balance immediately upon approval.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first attempting to resolve the issue through EnjoyPrices dispute resolution may result in the permanent suspension of your account. We cooperate fully with payment processors and will provide transaction evidence to contest fraudulent chargebacks. If you have a legitimate issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we are committed to resolving valid disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Platform Fee

The platform fee charged on orders is non-refundable in all cases, including in the event of a dispute resolution where a refund is issued to the buyer. The seller payout (order amount minus platform fee) is what is held in escrow and returned to the buyer upon a successful refund decision.

8. Abuse of Refund Policy

EnjoyPrices reserves the right to deny refund requests and suspend accounts if we determine that the refund policy is being abused. This includes but is not limited to: patterns of repeated refund requests, fraudulent claims, or attempting to obtain items and a refund simultaneously.
